After being referred to Dr. Baptista’s office by a friend, I have been continually impressed by their skill and professionalism.

By far the best dentist I’ve been to. Dr. Baptista and the hygiene team take the time to explain their findings and proposed plan of management. I always feel like I am making informed decisions regarding my dental health, which is something I never felt at other dental offices.

I've really enjoyed working with Suzanne.  When I moved back to Toronto, I looked for a new dentist and found her based on positive reviews.  To my surprise at the time, her office is two doors away from my old dentist who had retired.

Suzanne's team has been great.  I spend most of my time with the hygienists, who are always thoughtful, careful, friendly and careful with my sensitive teeth!  The front office staff are also very cheerful and easy to talk to -- including booking or moving appointments.

Suzanne herself is very friendly and patient in explaining her recommendations.  I've had some odd experiences with other dentists (especially in the US) who wanted me to do various cosmetic procedures.  Suzanne's suggestions have been very practical and beneficial.  For instance, she added a plastic covering to areas of my teeth where the gum had receded and the roots were exposed -- this has made my mouth much more comfortable, the covering has lasted for years, and it seems my gum recession has stopped.

I have been going to Dr. Baptista for the last six years. Her hygienists are thorough and gentle in doing routine cleaning. Dr. Baptista has been outstanding in dealing with my fillings, a few crowns and an implant. She works carefully and the results have been excellent. I have complete confidence that she is taking the best possible care of my teeth.
